Zielony Domek Plutycze

Zielony Domek (the Green Cottage) is an authentic, wooden Podlasie cottage to which we have given a second life. During the renovation, our goal was to preserve the home’s traditional soul while providing the functionality and comfort of a modern interior.

We have kept the original tiled stove and traditional everyday objects, such as antique chests, benches, and the kitchen table, seamlessly blending them with a modern kitchen, a contemporary bathroom, and comfortable beds.

Award-Winning Heritage: In 2019, our cottage was honored in the Competition for the Best Preserved Monument of Rural Wooden Architecture in the Podlaskie District.

What’s inside?

• Two separate bedrooms (one sleeping four, the other sleeping two), perfect for couples, families or groups.

• Spacious kitchen: A fully equipped space, ready for preparing home-cooked meals together

• A bathroom with towels and hairdryer provided + a washing machine

• A home library featuring books about the region, and a treasure chest filled with toys and board games for children. Instead of a traditional TV, we provide a projector. Simply plug in your laptop to turn the wall into a cinema for a cozy movie night.

• Fast, stable internet, Wi-Fi.

The garden

The house is surrounded by a large, fenced garden for your exclusive use. It’s a true private sanctuary where you’ll find:

• Fire & grill: A dedicated campfire spot and BBQ set. Firewood is included in the rental price.

• Hammocks and sun loungers ready for lazy afternoons.

• Outdoor hot tub: A traditional garden balia with a jacuzzi for hot baths under the open sky, all year round.

There is no need to wait for summer. Thanks to full central heating, Zielony Domek remains a warm and cozy retreat even during the frostiest Podlasie winters.
